Yo friends!
Summer’s kicking in and I ain't tryna melt while editing or vibing on my laptop π»π₯ So I made this super simple USB-powered mini fan to keep things chill — literally π
π§° What I Used:
-
Old USB cable
Toy DC motor
-
Plastic fan blade (or made one using a bottle cap)
-
Hot glue
-
Tape or small box (for stand)
π ️ How I Built It:
-
Prep the USB Cable:
-
Stripped the red (+) and black (–) wires inside.
-
-
Connect to Motor:
-
Soldered or twisted the wires to the DC motor (red to +, black to –).
-
Secured it with tape or glue.
-
-
Add the Fan Blade:
-
Glued the plastic blade to the motor’s shaft.
-
Made sure it was balanced so it spins smooth π¨
-
-
Make the Stand:
-
Glued the motor onto a box so it stands up on the table.
-
-
Plug & Chill:
-
Plugged it into my laptop and BOOM — instant freeze π§π¬️
-
π‘ Why It’s a W:
-
USB powered = no extra battery
-
Super portable
-
Saves you from sweaty days π
-
Looks cool and works great
π¬ Final Words:
This DIY fan might be mini, but it’s a whole VIBE π₯ Whether you're editing videos, coding, or just chillin', it keeps you cool like a boss π
More cool builds comin’ soon — stay tuned friends ✌️
