π I Made a DIY Mini Motor Car at Home
What’s up, creators!
Back again with another cool project you can build at home with zero stress and max flex: a Mini Car π️π¨ built using everyday stuff you probably already have.
Perfect for beginners, tinkerers, and anyone who loves to build cool things from scratch.
π§° What I Used:
click them to buy
-
4 bottle caps (wheels)
-
Pen pipe (axle holders)
-
Sticks/skewers for axles
-
Cardboard or ice cream stick (base)
-
Wires + hot glue
⚙️ How I Built It:
-
Chassis (The Base):
I cut a cardboard rectangle for the car body and glued 2 straws underneath. These held the axles. -
Wheels On Point:
Used bottle caps for wheels, pierced them with skewers, and rolled them through the straws. Smooth ride unlocked π -
Mounted the Motor:
Glued the motor at the back and connected it to one of the rear wheels using a small plastic pulley. -
Wiring & Switch:
Connected the motor to the battery and switch with wires. Flip the switch and BOOM — car starts zooming π₯
π§ What I Learned:
-
Basic mechanics & circuits
-
How to reuse waste materials
-
How satisfying it is to build your own ride π
π― Final Thoughts:
This motor car may be small, but it runs like a champ. You don’t need expensive kits to build cool stuff — just ideas and hustle π₯
